What is Unfair Dismissal?

Unfair Dismissal is when your Employer dismisses you for an unfair reason, or the proper procedures for dismissing you are not followed.

All employees have the right not to be unfairly dismissed. If you feel that you have been unfairly dismissed, you havecontact us three months from the effective date of termination of the employment to make a claim. To bring a claim you may need to show that you have been employed for at least one year (or two years if your employment commenced on or after 6th April 2012)
